      Pros

      Higher than average CPS students.

      Cons

      Over the top control freaks! All teachers punch the clock everyday. Lessons plans are required to be elaborate and reviewed daily. Incessant evaluations. 8.5 hour teaching day with unpaid 30 min lunch. Highly inexperienced and controlling Special Education Supervisor. ( Hacked into my personal e-mail account to see if I was looking for other jobs).

      Awesome kids! Wonderful coworkers and staff!

      Cons

      This school has overtones of a religious cult, or at least a Turkish one. Only two languages offered: Spanish and Turkish! Why would someone need to learn Turkish? Testing is overboard! Classes are taken away to provide test prep classes in the student's Junior year. I am still trying to figure out what the mission of the school is.
