Pros
nice facilities, get to interact with children, some learning opportunities for support staff, some great clinicians and you get to hear about their research
Cons
All clinical and support staff try to find a way to place the blame of something on someone else. Not enough assistants for the number of clinicians and their clients. Environment can get very hectic and overwhelming during the day. Most superiors don't treat their "teams" very well, if thats even what you want to call them. No one works together and everyone is very bland and fake. Salaries really not worth it for beginning support staff. They mostly hire younger girls just out of college for these roles and they will overwork you.
