      Pros

      I have seen this location make incredible strides in developing in to what it is today. Although the job is defiantly stressful at times the people in this building make work something I look forward to. I know any time I need coaching its going to be done in a professional manner that is constructive. I always know I can go to members of the management team with my concerns and my voice is heard. Working for CLA is something I love, these people are my second family.

      Cons

      I don't feel like there is any "Con" to CLA that doesn't exist in other childcare centers. You are going to have challenging children, and people who don't work as hard as you do. And there is always going to be a boss you don't always see eye to eye with. But at the end of the day everyone has a job to do.

      Really cool and fun things in the facility.

      Cons

      Poor safety standards, Poor Management, teachers putting hands on students, teachers leaving trainees in rooms with no CPR certifications, nothing in rooms saying who had allergies and of what, if you have a child in the care as well they treat you very poorly, they don’t treat you as a parent who’s kid is in the care and paying to be in the care, extremely unprofessional and rude management.
