They do great research yes

Some staff members are toxic, but because they're buddies with the boss, all they get is a slap on the wrist. Good luck asking certain behaviours to stop. Probably the worst charitable org I've ever worked at, such a shame.

The cause and the research funded is really worthwhile. My manager has been really supportive and great about prioritising long term team development. They have been very good about flexible working and supporting family life.

Lack of clarity on strategy and a string of short lived CEOs.
