      Working with kids was rewarding and having staff who cared helped maintain a fun work environment.

      Cons

      Top management levels (Owners) showed more and more how cheap they were, cutting budgets, refusing raises for increased work load. Staff had to do extra for no compensation.

      Pros

      The location I work at over all is not bad and is honestly the best daycare/preschool I have ever worked at. And being a franchise I imagine that each one is going to be different. So I don’t know how helpful my review is.

      Cons

      Over all I am happy. It just is hard if you happen to be a closer and the parents take advantage of the school and wait till last minute or after closing to pick up their children.
