Pros

The people. The diverse workforce. That's the only thing that keeps you going.

Cons

I don't even know where to actually start. Hired a team, didn't have anything prepared (equipment, table, computers). Manager got fired on the third day, moved us to another department, that manager has no idea what to do with us. Wasted an entire week before we were given any project at all. Started on the project, two weeks later, we were let go and asked to scrap the project right before it was done. Hired people to do a job they then claim they didn't require it a month later. High employee turnover - people getting fired and hired weekly. Expanding too fast to handle. CEO is a nice person to drink with, maybe, but makes hasty decisions when angry and incredibly inappropriate to scream in front of employees. Brings down motivation. One office gets more perks and preference over the other - like free lunch. Promised perks then taken away simply because "it wasn't in the contract". Initially promised to reimburse expenses (including those covered in contract), after letting us go, they refuse to cover it. (If you're willing to cover it, let me know who I can message). THEY DO NOT HAVE HR. No matter what they claim, they do not have someone an employee can go to and discuss their issues except of their manager or the deputy CEO (who probably is going to be busy)

Pros

They will get your hopes up

Cons

They will blatantly discriminate based on age and are a youth--centric company. Over 30 need not apply.
