You will feel like you are part of a work family when you decide to work for Chipman. They have wonderful cultural events happening in office to rejuvenate spirits and they really treasure each employee. There are some wonderful leaders at this company who will take the time out of their day to teach you things you don't know!

-Overall culture, Employees are friendly and team-orientated -Hybrid/Remote work options -Summer Fridays -Opportunity to work with both Revit & CAD clients, common to pivot teams if requested -401K match

-Low pay, small raises, and small bonuses (nowhere near the 'standard market rate' they supposedly use) -Difficult to get promoted -No sick leave, so you are forced to use your PTO -Overall burnout from fast-paced work and demanding clients -Unspoken expectation to work overtime without pay ("bill your hours accurately, however don't ever exceed the project budget") Your experience and work-life balance really depends on who your account managers and principals are - some leadership members are patient and encouraging, while others can be micromanagers and lack respect for your time.
