Pros
They have hired well. Everyone gets along, works as a team, and the office has a family atmosphere. Employees are skilled at what they do. Management is supportive. Having worked for both small and large companies in this industry, overall I like what I've seen regarding how this small business is being run.
Cons
Being a small company means that people work very hard because there are not a lot of people to share the load, although the coworkers do try to help each other when possible.
