Pros
Daily rates are amongst the best as a tutor. You can pick your own schedule and the team are efficient in handling your payment and queries. Both co-founders are actively managing the org and handle much of the comms with you and are very understanding.
Cons
It's a small team and you don't get to meet with any of them, only conversation through emails.
