Pros

- Employee benefits / perks / programs (great 401k matching, employer covers basically 100% of health plans depending on what you select, L&D opportunities, wellness and WFH reimbursements, unlimited PTO, all the things) - Fully remote workforce, which is wonderful in terms of flexibility, AND there's a lot of company value on in-person connection (company summer retreat, holiday party, etc.) - Exciting time to be at Chomps with a lot of growth. - Easy to stay connected to the business with monthly meetings to recap what's happening in each function.

Cons

- With so much growth comes a lot of work. If you're ready for the fast-paced, high pressure environment, it's awesome. You do need to be ready for it to thrive here.

Pros

Not a lot of pros to working with this company, but the only thing I enjoyed was the flexibility of my schedule.

Cons

Embarrassing management in field marketing. Lack of communication from marketing, sales and finance. Meanwhile all of those departments micromanage you and dictate what you do. None of them communicate efficiently and there's drama between all of them, leaving you as the third wheel to all of their personal problems. None of these bosses will introduce themselves to you, they'll just demand you do something for them without question. You'll get an occasional 1x1 from your direct boss, not really affirming your job status or helping in any way. They'll demand that you do things a certain way and if you have questions, they won't be answered. There's no support when you run into problems, no lifeline. You have to solve everything by yourself. I felt like I had a ton of great ideas that would help brand engagement and overall sales, but they were ignored. I have experience in supply chain so when they opened jobs, I applied to six different positions that met my skill set. Some were pay cuts and some were increases. Never got an interview, so don't expect to be promoted as an internal candidate. As for the product, there's nothing proprietary about the SKUs that stand out above the competition so this company will fade away soon. So I'll be popping champagne when that day comes.
