Pros

Executive Leadership: Roy Raanani's vision for Chorus is why Chorus will transform the entire space of business conversations and sales processes. His co-founders Micha Breakstone and Russell Levy are equally as impressive, early adopters in the development of Natural Language Processing & AI and now applying to sales. Sales Leadership: Joe Caprio is one of the best leaders i've ever worked for. No frills leadership and will always be 100% honest with you which aligns exactly to the visibility that Chorus gives for VP Sales and their reps. I've learned more from Joe in my first 6 months here than any other previous sales job. I would say it boils down to his unique combination of passion & compassion which makes him special and somebody you want to dive into the trenches with day in & day out. Product: With the product only being built 3 years ago, you couldn't even tell with the value it provides for my customers. The product provides so much value for Sales & Customer Success leaders and I haven't had so many happy customers before. Knowing where the roadmap is going, it's even more exciting because the user is YOU as the Sales Rep and instead of pitching a product that you learn via textbook style, it's formed in your own experiences. Network: As a sales rep, I'm selling to VP Sales, CROs, Sales Managers & Directors. This is the network I will be building over time - every single sales call & process becomes pretty much a sales interview for the future.

Cons

- Early Stage Start-up comes with a lot of things to weigh out including Work Life / Balance & Overall Benefits & Perks. Which is not bad today but could definitely be better, but of course that's coming from Silicon Valley Standards. - Conversation Intelligence is not typically a budgeted line item so a Sales Rep must posses Evangelistic tendencies to help your customers. Though making the sale harder than others, it really teaches you a lot .

Pros

Chorus has an inclusive, collaborative culture. The company is intentional and focused on DEI and provides ample educational opportunities (e.g. speakers, workshops, etc.). From a collaboration perspective, everyone is willing to help and collaborate on projects and initiatives. The leadership team is also incredibly supportive and creates an environment that trusts employees to be creative and grow in their roles.

Cons

Typical growing pains in a fast-paced environment. There are a lot of processes and structure to build, so work/life balance can be tricky.

Pros

1. I really enjoy working with the team here. Everyone is always willing to help out and there's a true team-selling mentality. The leadership genuinely cares about our success and our impact on the business. I've been really impressed with how thoughtful / humble Jim (CEO) and Thiago (CRO) are, and how much they care (both personally and professionally). They have been very supportive with the various social issues going on as well, and we even have a special group that focuses on diversity & inclusion. As for my immediate team, Randy (VP of Sales) and Devin (Corporate Sales Manager) are always there for us whether it's coaching us on our selling skills or strategizing together to win deals. They lead with insight and a collaborative mindset, which I really appreciate. 2. This is an exciting space to be a part of. CI tool is quickly becoming a must-have for all revenue teams and Chorus is well-positioned to capitalized on the opportunity. I can't imagine any revenue teams doing their job without a CI tool.

Cons

As we are growing fast and constantly adding new team members, there are certain process-related challenges. Having just onboarded a few months ago, I wish it could be a bit more structured with additional learning opportunities. The team is seeing this gap and is addressing it right now, so I'm excited to see how the onboarding program will shape up. Our leadership has implemented an Onboarding Advisory Board to tackle this, which I'm excited to be a part of.
