Not Covid Friendly - Anonymous employee Chroma Systems Solutions Employee Review

Chroma is in an essential industry. They are forcing even "at risk" employees to come into the office even though they were previously performing all there duties from home. Their lack of transparency of COVID exposure and delay in informing their employees of possible exposure has put us all at an unnecessary risk. The HR department is more focused on micromanaging our hours and have abolished all flexibility we use to enjoy. They have even been seen in the parking lot recording employees coming and going.
