Staff and interacting with guest and staff, building personal relationships and friendships with them. Getting the chance to see the same birthday child from age 6 to 12. David the CEO is great. He should he cared about staff and managers. Spend times to ask about them, when does unit visits. Mark is Great.
Cons
They what higher sales and more profit, but less labor hours. The Fun Pass is a great revenue builder, but they stop pushing it when they released managers and staff were doing everything they can, some thing not so great to sale it, but the only reason they did was because manager and staff were be told if you don't sell them, You'll be fired. managers and staff don't wanna be threaten with being fired for not selling a $7.99 monthly pass. No chance for growth unless you are friends with somebody in management.
