(i come into work with a positive mindset and attitude everyday no matter the circumstances or what im facing in my life management is extremely degrading they talk about you with other coworkers and it always finds a way back to the person its about it is extremely hurtful to hear the negative comments they have on you when you come into work with such positive enforcements.
