Pros
The benefits are enticing as you don't pay a monthly premium, only your copay. The hours are good.
Cons
There is so much waste, time card fraud, and overall corruption with this company that I am suprised they still have the contracts they do. Management constantly preaches to do more with less, you do a good job, working hard because you have developed friendships with the customer, then you learn that management gets a heafty bonus at the end of the year, so they keep their payroll small overworking the good employees to keep their bonus large. Management operates on double standards, if you are a good hard working employee you will be punshined for wearing the incorrect color polo or calling out sick, however if you fraud your timecard, and spend more time hiding/sleeping then management just looks the other way and eventually promotes you to make you someone else's problem rather than deal with the problem. The director at the all hands meeting looked at the employees and says if you don't like your salary, leave when questioned why salaries so far under the median. Raises don't happen here unless you are in Sr. Management. Cost of living raise is the best you can hope for.
