      Pros

      Got to meet some great people and do some challenging work.

      Cons

      The pay is low based on the demands of the project. Leadership is ineffective and acts like they’re not responsible. Culture is poor on the project and turnover is high. Senior executives preach one thing and then demonstrate another.

      Pros

      Cianbro was a great company, the internship process was very positive for me and played a key role in me landing my first job post-graduation. My supervisor in particular made the experience great, as he would frequently mentor me and take me out to lunch every day. I would recommend this company to any college sophomore or junior interested in engineering internships.
