7yHi, this is Sarah Anderson, SVP of Global Delivery. I’m sorry to hear you that was your experience. We certainly want our leaders to provide feedback to employees on how to improve and grow, but do not want it to feel like you are being micro-managed – our goal is to empower you to own your success. As for the workload, we do our best to make sure the team has the necessary resources to accomplish the work. I understand we didn’t meet this expectation for you, and admit there are times where more work comes in than expected and we find ourselves stretched. We do look at trends in the business to help us predict the busier times, but know we can do better in this area and we do have some work in progress to allow us to bring on additional support for the team during unexpected peaks. We are always striving to do better, and I will share your feedback with our team.
