Unprofessional management. and okay co-workers - Usher Cinemark Employee Review

Management are pompous and intolerable! They will treat employees unfairly and will exert authority for their own amusement. They will schedule more hours to the employee whom they favor and will give less hours to the unfavorable. Advancement will be granted to the favorable employees, while the unfavorable will be passed over. e.g. if the favorable employee was lazy but friendly with management he/she will be promoted while the unfavorable employee whom is diligent with their work will be passed over, since they weren't chummy with senior management.
