-Made incredible friends and memories because of Cinemark. -Perks: Free Movies, usually two tickets a day except on weekends. Discounts on concessions -Can move up incredibly fast if motivated and good with people -Flexible Work Scheduling
Cons
-Working on weekends, sometimes until 2am. -Work can get tedious: same tasks, checklists, cleaning etc -Lots of turnover equals constantly training
