Pros
Great coworkers, employee evaluations every 90 days give incentive to work hard, easy to schedule time off as long as it is not on a holiday or a big release.
Cons
I didn't find some of the managers to act in a professional way. Managers seemed to favor their co-worker friends instead of the hard working, dedicated individuals.
