Pros
The perks. Free movies are nice, popcorn, movie posters, the fact that your job is literally just sweeping movie theaters and cleaning bathrooms
Cons
I guess it all depends on location. The management isn't very bright. You get blamed alot for things that people do that you have no control over. Is it really your fault if you check a bathroom, have 4 theaters to clean back to back, and then get blamed because the bathroom was dirty 5 minutes after you cleaned it? You get treated like you are in high school and not very intelligent, which makes sense since most of the kids are in high school
