Pros
They have a decent corporate culture where minorities (including gender, race and sexual orientation) have equal opportunities. They value employees based on performance rather than just the type of role (C suite v. admin etc.) Competitive salaries and good benefits. Management is pleasant to work under.
Cons
They shut down several key branches globally last year and weren’t the most forthcoming with their plans. It seems this was due to poor decision making by upper management and doesn’t seem to be improving anytime soon. High turnover among field employees.
