Pros
Christmas events are well-organised, and the colleagues you work with can make the experience somewhat bearable. The mentoring program is also a good initiative, but unfortunately, it’s not enough to compensate for the overall culture of the company.
Cons
The company has taken a sharp turn for the worse over the past few years, creating a toxic environment for employees. Nepotism is rampant—people are promoted not because of their skills but because of who they know or their personal relationships with management. The company loves to preach about mental health and work-life balance, but in reality, most employees dread coming to work. The restrictive sick leave policy (a maximum of 8 days a year) leaves no room for genuine care, and many employees can’t afford to take time off. The wages are terrible compared to industry standards, and there’s no chance of a raise in your current role unless you threaten to quit.
