Pay is well below market rate. Company has lost its innovation drive from the previous CEO and owners time. New owners are driven more by money and less on novel modules development. Many good engineers either left or were let go. Management doesn't come to shop floor to speak directly with staff to understand their concerns. Employees are just a number.
