Good teamwork by the nursing staff on the ward and in outpatients despite management interference....

Cons

Very toxic management - if they don't like you, or you speak up, they make your life hell and try to force you out. Even if you complain, it gets covered up or excuses are made, and your being told things will get investigated, yet they never get to the higher ups.... Very bullying atmosphere by ward management. Zero support. No exceptions on workload for pregnant women - where's the risk assessment?!! The sisters complain about paperwork being wrong despite being the worst at it themselves. Blaming new staff on their mistakes leading them to walk out of their job - all managers team up so you don't stand a chance - they take you in the office alone and you feel very intimidated. Horrible place to work.
