Employees complain about everything. People feel overworked and underpaid. Staff has high expectations from the company because they are transparent about growth, sales and acquisitions. They feel like the company has a lot money so they should be paid a lot of money, but have unrealistic salary desires. They expect executive level salaries for low wage jobs.
Compensation is fair for the work, but raises could be better. Annual increase is okay, but it's standard. And it's not based on merit. Which makes it feel insulting. People want merit recognition. They want to be rewarded. Little action for employee appreciation.
Not enough IT support to help the internal user/
work experience. A lot of broken peices that need fixing and get ignored because there's not enough IT staff in certain areas... the system has lots of little patches on big holes. Makes small day to day items challenging when they don't need to be.
