Pros
This company is continually looking for ways to improve all aspects of its being. Whether improving services to its customer (striving for perfect CPAR scores), improving benefits to its employees (2016 saw significant improvements in the paid time off policies) or improving its internal processes (conducting lessons learned session), the company is always looking at ways to set itself apart from the competition. It's great to be a part of a winner.
Cons
Due to it's size (small federal contractor) and limited resources, there are a lot of things employees would like to have, but can't have -- YET!
