Pros
Organizationally, Citizant fosters a very collaborative work environment. Having been previously employed at much larger Government IT contractors, I have found it quite refreshing to work in an environment where all areas of the organization – from Business Development to Operations to Support Services – all work as a team. In addition, from a career development perspective, Citizant allows its high performing employees to grow and develop and in many ways create their own career path
