Pros

A Paycheck. Competitive Benefits. Government Holidays Off.

Cons

Have you ever wanted to work at the DMV? If not, do not apply for this job, because it's the exact same type of work..... 30 Minute lunches (if you get one at all)...... Your entire day is ruled by the USA Access Schedule, which you have no control over. It can be a cluster with people dragging in late and making a mess of your entire day..... No matter what you do, there will always be people with messed up badges. And they keep coming back without an appointment, which can be a real hassle when you are already booked up.....

Pros

Good opportunities for growth and expanded responsibility. Employees who are motivated and adaptable can gain valuable experience across a variety of programs and operational areas. Advancement opportunities are available for strong performers.

Cons

Work-life balance can become challenging during busy proposal and capture periods. Tight deadlines and changing priorities may require extended hours and increased availability. Leadership does recognize employee contributions, but the pace during surge periods can be difficult to sustain long term.
