Having worked here at Citrus for the past few years, I have always felt supported by my team and managers, and that genuine care makes Citrus a wonderful workplace. I am really proud to be part of the Citrus family. I know from my experience that Citrus management give flexibility to employees when in need, whether a family emergency or personal health issues. The company encourages continuous learning, skill-improvement, and have arranged regular weekly knowledge-sharing sessions as well.

I have not had any dislikes.

Working here has been a positive experience for me. The positive attitude of people working at Citrus has always helped new joinees feel comfortable. I can say from my experience that the management genuinely cares for employee well-being very much. When needed, managers give flexibility to those in need. At Citrus, team leaders encourage all to learn, improve skills and stay updated in their respective fields. I appreciate the open communication, guidance and support from teams.
