Pros
Good hours, good training. The training managers are amazing. You can tell they are trying.
Cons
Very high turnover rate, most don’t even make it past training. And if you do, it’s even harder to make it your first 90 days. Written up for being 3 min late. They really try to push a “culture” without having any. The boss is constantly threatening to quit, definitely not good at motivating and is constantly putting the companies money problems on employees. It is a soul crushing job so beware. You only start to earn commission after you hit your quota, if not you only earn 16 a hour. You do get about 20 dollars per sale, but on $400 sales it doesn’t feel like much. The logo/website needs a serious update, which is ironic for many reasons.
