Pros
Excellent colleagues and managers who genuinely care about you and your career. Bonus scheme is good, even for non branch staff.
Cons
Some of the senior management are extremely aggressive to junior staff members even when they don't work in their department - there is an expectation that if they bark an order it must be done. Inter department relationships are falling apart due to constant undermining of teams.
