Pros

Paid on time, PPE provided.

Cons

Employed as driver, took a month into employment to get my contract and job title had changed to sales assistant? Role advertised said on site parking but this was in other businesses parking spaces. Staff smoking and vaping in warehouse. As a non smoker i was subjected to passive smoking. One member of staff kept walking up behind me screaming "Boo!" at me. Staff using the van that I drove for personal use, damaging and then leaving to see if i noticed. Long hours at times 8 hours non stop, at the wheel with no breaks found me nodding off when driving. Damage on vehicle from previous staff reported but took many weeks to be fixed. no where to sit down when at branch to have a break/food. Appalling lack of solid training on company system. lazy colleagues would leave work for you because it interfered with their smoke breaks. Movements tracked against my wishes and approval when out on the road. Colleagues blaming previous staff for damage on van and then slipping up and admitting it was them. Broke my thumb and received no assistance with first aid or hospital. Tripped over one of the many many trip hazards on site, injured my knee.
