      Nice head office, people are mostly nice.

      Teams are massively siloed, won't share data to help other business areas to help make informed decisions. People who are existing seem to stay forever, any new quality people leave within 3 - 12 month

      Long hours, you work 7:30 to 5:30 but get paid salary so it work out less than min wage You work Saturdays Management is shocking depending on branch rarely get your lunch brake
