      Cons

      Every day customers complain with phone ringing every second and colleague doesn't help. Manager is also biased towards malay people and also double standards to the employees.

      If you're lucky enough, the staff there might like you

      The upper level positions are hogged by those that have been there for at least 10 years. Company culture is not good in a sense they don't take advice and recommendations, and are not proactive in solving issues. Company system is also very outdated, and many things are still manual work in this day and age.
