Personally I enjoy my hybrid schedule. However there are other departments that have been promised, and told in their initial interview, that they would be hybrid or remote and that still has not happened. The pay is pretty good.

Having to submit medical receipts and ancient. This is where Civic cheaps out on their employees. Expectations from upper management are unreasonable, frivolous, and constantly changing. There are no policies/procedures in place, and if they are they are hidden or protected by HR. Job descriptions are not available to employees, so if you wanted to transfer or explore other opportunities there is no source material to reference. To be very honest this feels like a sinking ship, but the job market is horrible right now so all of us are stuck.
