You are expected to be flexible, but when you want some flexibility you get NOTHING. The hourly rate is good, but there are some unpaid things like when you don't have enough time for a place, dropping off things...etc. You have to do everything yourself, for example you have to find a replacement for you if you can't do it/ if they forget that you are on holiday. If the management is on holiday expect to get last minute extra work, and you also have to arrange the car for that last minute extra work.

Stressful - The management often has unrealistic expectations and underestimate contracts which leads to employees being forced to work extra hours for free. Underpaid - Payment per hour looks good on a paper but if you add to it all the extra hours you have to spend on driving, cleaning that is not included in the work hours and doing all the "extras" like dropping off stuff here and there - it's not worth it.
