Always busy, always lots of work to keep you going. you work some evenings / weekends and early mornings

Cons

The management was very controlling. Being even a minute late was never tolerated and was frowned upon. I was reprimanded in front of everyone, like I was back in school. Being constantly compared to other staff members was also discouraging.
