Poor salary & always expecting more - Motor Claims Handler Claims Consortium Group Employee Review

Poor salary; management expect you to pick up for other departments without no bonus, just all smiles and lets be happy - but is does not work like that. A lot of people have left and more will leave. Team has gone down hill. When ask if there was any chance of moving in other fields of the company - Management did not message back - just ignore me. Office is horrible.
