Pros
-Great HR -Place where you can make decisions
Cons
- Bad communication. Poor management. Most of the managers have been working there for decades and have no idea what it's really like out there. - They have a culture where the staff need to look busy in order to be picked as a favourite. - Not much work at times but still expected to find work in order to look busy to please managers. - No proper training, you're expected to chase everyone. They can change your position to do something entirely different, and when you're back doing your original tasks you barely remember, they hunt for mistakes and extend your probation. - Fellow colleagues work for free which is good for the company but bad for others who can't claim for extra hours etc. - Fellow colleagues try to micro manage you
