Pros
I still enjoy the people I work most closely with on my team. Still receive a good amount of PTO and vacation time.
Cons
Company is on a downward path. New North America CEO has created a culture where if you are unfailingly subservient even to the detriment of the company you are “in” and can do no wrong. Helps to be the same age, gender, and race. If you don’t check off all of those boxes, watch out. Lacks integrity, and actions and words don’t match. Gives word salad fluffy statements about “excellence” but lacks the substance as a leader behind it all. A micromanaging insecure leader who cares mostly about how perception, and is clearly in over her head. People fear honest responses on the engagement survey as low scores equals lower pay, and you or your team will almost certainly be punished for your lack of fealty. Seeing strong key leaders go out the door, and the less capable fawners get elevated.
