- Maybe a good place for junior engineers. But be ready to deal with micromanagement. - Code quality is not so great but they picked a tarpit problem.

- Founders & C-Level lack alignment across product & engineering. - A ton of micromanagement that leds to no idea how to manage teams. - False expectations during hiring and acutal work. - They really lack trusting their employees often micromanage interactions. - Even after an expensive offsite, they lack a clear vision for the company.
