It's the people that make the team, and every day it was worth getting together to tackle the challenges of a highly difficult domain with some skilled and knowledgeable people.

Constant shifts in leadership meant growth through acquisition was more valuable than core growth. This left teams with great plans but little budget to work with. Career growth was also stifled when leadership was "injected" through this same acquisition.
