      Managers listen to your concerns. Allowed time off when asked.

      Cons

      Pay could be better. I feel production percentage is not as profitable for technician.

      Company vehicle, 401k, paid vacation

      Cons

      They dont care about the customers at all. The only thing they care about is money and new sales. The customer service is horrible. They could care less about their employees. Management is a joke. If you have any concerns or point out any problems they act like you are bad for morale and just complaining.
