Pros
The company invests in newest technologies, it is a multi cultural environment, exchange of knowledge with third-parties partners, you have access to talk to many manager level, we always are improving the process (it is not a frozen process).
Cons
Some managers are overseer. The process is not followed at all. There are some aggressives deadlines. The old systems don't have appropriate documentations.
