I have been a member of the Clarus Group for 4.5 years. My time with Clarus Group has been the most rewarding and fulfilling experience I have experienced throughout my 25+ year career. Clarus Group has provided continual support and career growth opportunities through a variety of work assignments within the government sector, as well as providing opportunities of on-going support and assistance within our community. Clarus Group has consistently been a proponent and invested in further career and skill development opportunities enabling me to obtain additional training and job certifications. Clarus Group has not only provided me with career growth and development opportunities, but has also provided further career and development opportunities to each of our team members. The entire leadership team continually operates with great ethical character in accordance to our core values of quality, value, integrity, consistently providing very genuine support, transparency and fostering a culture of empowerment, collaboration and excellence for our dedication to our customers and our community. This creates a cultural environment and feeling of ‘family’ within our organization and the ending desire to strive for the highest levels of excellence for our customers and community. For me personally, it is very inspirational and continually reinforces a feeling of value and purpose as we work through our partnerships with our customers and community towards building a joint legacy together with them for their business successes into the future and beyond. I am extremely honored and grateful to be apart of such a phenomenal team/family.
