      Flexible with time off. Calm environment for the most part. Team believes you over clients which is great.

      Cons

      Management is very gossipy. “Favorites” are played. No pay raises or celebrations. Does not support growth.

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
