      The work you are doing is meaningful, especially as you witness your clients making progress.

      Cons

      It's a mental health organizations who clearly doesn't care about mental health, especially for the employee. You get low pay and no support. You're overworked and nobody cares. Everything is very unorganized, and nobody has your back.

      Pros

      Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

      Cons

      Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
