Pros
The work is meaningful and the clients are interesting. The other therapists are all great: supportive, friendly and hard working. They really care about the people they work with.
Cons
The pay is miserable. The hours are very long. Although the company provides supervision, it is very uneven in quality. Management is focused on profit and not on client welfare "get them in and get them out" is the philosophy. The technology resources are minimal. Communication between management and the therapists is inadequate, slow and often misinformed.
