Pros

You are truly part of the family working for FPS!! A variety of different positions that can offer you multiple levels of experience. Open to interns who need to get their foot in the door in the form of mental and behavioral health!

Cons

Travel and evening/weekend hours may be required of position, but there’s mileage reimbursement and flexible, more days hours in the summer.

Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

Cons

Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
